Take drops or up to 1 tsp (5 mL) 3 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take drops or tsp alone on an empty stomach, or mix with 2 oz (60 mL) of water, 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after.

1:4 ratio - 1 part plant to 4 parts liquid
