However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Canada Post
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
We offer free tracked packet shipping to the US if you purchase and choose Canada Post Tracked Packet regular mail.
If you choose Canada Post Xpresspost or request a boutique carrier such as Fedex or UPS, you will be required to pay shipping charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, if you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient, so please make sure your shipping addresses are up to date in your Paypal accounts and your addresses attached to credit cards. Wildcraft Herbs is not responsible for items shipped to old addresses that have not been updated. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
We can't refund purchases that go to the wrong address if the address was listed as your correct shipping address on your payment method.
Canada Post does not intercept and redirect packages already enroute.
Therefore, to get a refund on an item shipped to an out of date shipping address, the product must still be shipped back to us with tracking. But if the package was initially sent to the wrong address due to an outdated address attached to your payment method eg. Paypal, this might not be possible. So please check to make sure your shipping addresses are up to date.
If a product goes to a old shipping address that was not updated by you, and manages to come back to us, if you would like the product shipped back to you at your correct and current address, the free shipping option is invalid and the shipping cost is at your expense and you must pay for the second shipment of the product to your correct address. We do not ship twice for free on the same product, if you supplied an incorrect shipping address on your initial purchase of that product.
Customs Holds and Delays
We are not liable for delivery of your goods, if your local customs holds your package or denies entry of your package. It is up to the you the purchaser to review the customs policies of your country.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Wildcraft Herbs Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
