Where are you located and where do you ship from?
Wildcraft Herbs is located on Vancouver Island off the West Coast of Canada, in the province of British Columbia. We ship from Duncan B.C. Currently we export only and don't offer Canadian purchase at this time but will in the foreseeable future. Please see our shipping page for rates.
How soon do you ship from the time I place my order?
We ship 1 to 2 business days from purchase.
Why do you no longer ship to PO boxes?
Because we can no longer use Canada Post for US shipments, as using our national post doesn't qualify us for free trade, we can no longer ship to PO boxes, because the private couriers equipped to handle the paperwork that qualify us for free trade / no tariffs, don't deliver to PO boxes.
How do I track my package?

Fedex Tracking Click the tracking tab on the above purple menu and enter your tracking # there.

Canada Post Tracking Enter your tracking # in the tracking field.
What happens if my package is delayed at customs?

Though customs delays are rare, W​ildcraft Herbs is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred due to your country's policies.
