Where are you located and where do you ship from?

  • Wildcraft Herbs is located on Vancouver Island off the West Coast of Canada, in the province of British Columbia. We ship from Duncan B.C.

  • Currently we don't offer Canadian purchase at this time but will in the foreseeable future. Please see our shipping page for rates.

How soon do you ship from the time I place my order?

  • We ship 1 to 2 business days from purchase.

What happens if my package is delayed at customs?

  • Though customs delays are rare, W​ildcraft Herbs is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred due to your country's policies.

  • We kindly ask you to please be aware of your country's import product policies before purchasing.

I forgot to update my shipping address and my package is going to the wrong address.
