US de minimis:

  • The US de minimis exemption which allowed duty free purchases for $800 usd and under, from Canada into the US, ended Friday August, 29th at 12:01 EST. 
     

  • This means unless a product is USMCA compliant, all Canadian purchases upon entry to the US, are subject to 35% tariffs; and depending on the courier, other fees and landing costs might be applicable.
     

Are you USMCA compliant?

  • Yes, our products are USMCA compliant which means no 35% tariffs / no duties for our US customers.
     

  • But we're waiting on our certificates attesting to that, so we can reopen.
    ​

  • *We had to push back our reopen date to Nov. 6th, 2025 as we received only one part of the certificates we need, because Oct. 5th the respective agency requested more information. Therefore we won't receive all of our certificates until after 30 days from Oct. 6th.
