Drops:

  • Approximately 1000 drops in a 2 oz bottle

  • 30 drops a day x 30 days = 900 drops

  • At 30 drops per day a 2 oz bottle would last just over 1 month

Teaspoons:

  • 24 tsp in a 4 oz bottle

  • 3 tsp a day x 8 days = 24 tsp

  • At 3 tsp a day a 4 oz bottle would last 8 days

I started using Cryptolepsis, the 3 herb Babs blend, and Teasel some time ago after initially trying the Cryptolepsis.  Very pleased with products and can tell a tremendous difference in the way i feel.  Thanks for the wonderful herbs.  Life savers
